A Panel Discussion of Minnesota
State Trial Court Judges from the Metro Area and Greater Minnesota about the
handling of current civil court cases
and
plans for the future, including handling and scheduling of trials and
pre-trial hearings with a view to the future. The
Panel will discuss what current “covid” practices, such as zoom hearings, are likely
to continue into the future, and the implications of
the practices.
