Effectively recruiting and hiring a diverse workforce means more than just taking the steps to avoid discrimination. Learn tips to “walk the talk” and address challenges in creating a more inclusive workplace, such as “screening in,” uncovering bias in the hiring process, and realigning job search efforts. This CLE, to promote inclusion in hiring, is presented by the MSBA Labor and Employment Section for employment lawyers and those in positions to hire lawyers and law clerks.
