WEBINAR | Courtroom Technology During a Pandemic

Event Description

Currently, all bar association programming is REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person attendance until further notice. Thank you.

Deadline to Register: November 2

The pandemic has had an impact on litigation in Minnesota in a variety of ways, not the least of which has courts and litigants relying more on technology. Judges are conducting proceedings remotely, parties are participating in discovery via email and videoconference, and lawyers have been forced to modify their practices across the board. Join us for a lively discussion on how the pandemic has changed courtroom technology in northern Minnesota and what you can do to keep up.
