Purpose
To study and make recommendations relating to the general and specific powers and functions of the Assembly relating to Judicial matters as identified in
§ 4.1 of the MSBA Bylaws. This is a Committee of the MSBA Assembly and membership is generally limited to Assembly members. However, the Assembly may approve exceptions per the Bylaws.
Meetings
The Committee generally meets once prior to each MSBA Assembly meeting. The Assembly meets three to four times per year. Committee meetings are currently being held at noon via zoom.

June 16, 2017 - Judiciary Committee recommendation that the MSBA Assembly approve the
Early Bar Exam Committee Report and recommendation to allow law students to take the bar exam in their third year passes. Judiciary Committee recommendations regarding
unpublished decisions also approved by Assembly.
