Law Day
Collaboration with the Ramsey County Law Library.
The American Bar Association’s
(ABA) Law Day theme for 2023 is “Cornerstones of Democracy: Civics, Civility,
and Collaboration.” Lawyers are civic leaders and members of the bar can set a
standard for civil engagement on important issues. This Law Day CLE will explore
issues related to civility and civic engagement, including the obligations of
civility for attorneys and judges to each other and the public, the ABA’s new
legal education standard related to professional identity formation for law
students, and expectations of the bench related to civility.
This CLE is approved for credit
