This program will focus on mediation of employment claims and related
types of disputes. A panel, comprised of a plaintiff’s employment lawyer, an
employment defense lawyer, and a mediator experienced in handling employment
issues, will walk through the stages of a mediation of an employment case.
At each stage, the audience will get the perspective from each side and from the
mediator.
The claims being mediated in employment cases often deal directly with
DEI concerns (primarily discrimination). In addition, the panel will
address how both lawyers and mediators can work with individuals of a different
race, gender, or other protected characteristics.
This CLE is approved for credit through February 14,
2025.
