The Administrative Process was deemed Unconstitutional in
1999 and the Expedited Process (Ex Pro) was born. With this change to a judicial
process to establish and enforce child support came new Court Rules and Child
Support Magistrates (CSMs). Come learn about the Ex Pro Rules, what to expect
from CSMs, and our observations of best practices from two Child Support
Magistrates who have been involved in this process from the
beginning.
