Dealing with a Suspicious Debtor in Bankruptcy

The bankruptcy debtor may not be completely honest with respect to her bankruptcy case.  You are suspicious, but don’t have enough information to be sure.  What steps can you take to uncover information and possibly develop a case for an exception to discharge or denial of discharge?  We’ll discuss some tools and methods you can use to do just that.
