Attorneys often need to withdraw from
representations. This is often easier said than done. In this CLE we will
explore the difficulties in ethically withdrawing from representation. We will
review the relevant ethics rules and also discuss areas that trip lawyers up
when it comes to withdrawing from a
case.
This course will provide an
overview of the process for appeals involving claims of eligibility for
relocation benefits and appeals regarding the amount of relocation benefits for
which a displaced person is entitled to receive. The overview will begin with
initiating the relocation benefit appeal process and conclude with how to
perfect an appeal to the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
This CLE is approved for credit through June 17,
2024.
