The presenters will share the history of Three Rivers
Restorative Justice (TRRJ), describe how Victim Offender Conferencing (VOC) is
being implemented, and look at where and how it is being used in the 3rd
Judicial District. Plans for the future will also be
discussed.

public defender who has represented juveniles in Olmsted County for the past 15
years.
Timothy Haskamp, a social worker who worked at Mayo
Clinic as a social worker for 25 years including 15 years as a social worker on
the inpatient psychiatric
unit.
