This program addresses the ways that bias affects the legal
profession, especially in the arena of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Specifically, we will look at research and data relating to the selection of
arbitrators and mediators, interactions during a mediation/arbitration, and
biases that can preclude
resolution.
