This session features Jon Geffen, Director of the Reentry
Clinic, of Mitchell Hamline School of Law who will present on maltreatment
appeals and opportunities for reform. Director Geffen was previously an
assistant attorney general for the State of Minnesota and a staff attorney at
Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. He litigated maltreatment
determinations as a private attorney at Arneson & Geffen
PLLC.
