This session features Natalie Netzel, Assistant Professor of
Law and Director of the Institute to Transform Child Protection at Mitchell
Hamline School of Law, who will present on post-permanency appeals. Professor
Netzel supervises law students and social work students in the Child Protection
Clinic at Mitchell Hamline and supports institute training, research, and
community engagement events. She previously was a law clerk at the Minnesota
Court of
Appeals.
