As ADR practitioners,
we know that creating a welcoming, comfortable space is critical to being
able to provide effective ADR services. However, for many members of
the LGBTQ Community, accessing legal services such as mediation and arbitration is not
always a safe process. During this program you will learn how to hold space when serving
LGBTQ participants as well as manage other party comments and attitudes to help
maintain a respectful, safe, and effective
session.
