This continuing
legal education program will provide an update on recent court decisions
surrounding federal student loans, public service loan forgiveness, loan servicers, and the Department of
Education. This program will also explore the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and
Economic Security (CARES) Act, and any extension thereof. If you have
federal student loans, or have clients who do, this CLE
is a must attend.
