The Consumer Litigation Section strives to provide current and relevant information to Minnesota lawyers practicing in the field, and serves as a liaison with other parts of the MSBA, the judiciary, and the public on consumer financial litigation-related issues and activities.  The Consumer Litigation Section aims to elevate the practice of law – in both state and federal courts – regarding consumer transactions, and to provide a forum for dialogue in this important area among plaintiff counsel, defense counsel, in-house counsel, regulators, and the judiciary.
