Bankruptcy practitioners faced with filing a business bankruptcy or
assisting a financially-distressed business with a public or private sale of
assets need to be familiar with the developing receivership and assignment for
the benefit of creditors practice in Minnesota state courts. Hennepin County District Court Judge
Edward T. Wahl, receiver James Bartholomew headline a panel discussion regarding
how parties have been utilizing the statutes and what relief is being granted by
Courts. The panel will also discuss

statute intersects with bankruptcy practice.
