•         What are the withholding rules for F-1/J-1 students
•         What about self-employed immigrants? Undocumented immigrants?
•         Can immigrants claim tax credits?
•         What about tax compliance for permanent residents or citizens living/working abroad?
•         What about compliance with the Foreign Accounting Tax Compliance Act?
•         When do tax issues become adverse evidence in immigration proceedings?
