As we start a new bar year in
earnest, the panel will take a look back at laws and rules that have changed in
the past year, and some that maybe about to change. The panel will provide
an overview of points of interest regarding amendments to the rules of civil
procedure and developments in areas of family law, tort liability, employment
law, and DWI prosecution, and probate and trust law. Come join us for a lively discussion and
hear how those changes have affected the practice of our
members in the past year.
Our Panelists are all
active in the MSBA New Lawyers Section and are dedicated to bringing legal
education and professional development opportunities to the membership.
