How do Food Trucks work and what types of laws affect
their operations? In addition to State regulations including food
safety, transportation and employment, there are applicable City ordinances from
Duluth to Brainerd, Minneapolis to Rochester. Our speakers will address the
legal issues facing a
food truck entrepreneur and how that translates into the
practical operation
of a food truck business in Minnesota. Expect panel comments from City Licensing
representatives and food truck operators. There will be time for
questions.
Lunch will start at 11:45 a.m. followed by
the CLE program from Noon - 1:30 p.m.
Special meal requests need to be received
no later than Friday, April 22.
