A brief Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 13, at 5:00 p.m. via remote-participation during the final session of afternoon programming for RCBA’s Member Appreciation Day.
This meeting will include the virtual passing of the leadership gavel from this year’s RCBA president, Sarah McEllistrem, to our incoming president, Susan Buckley.
On the agenda will be bylaws amendments recommended by the RCBA Board of Directors. The proposed bylaws amendments would allow for up to seven representatives from affinity bar associations to appoint members to the RCBA Board of Directors. Also included in the proposed amendments is language to clarify the merged staff arrangement and bring other sections of the bylaws up to date with current practice.
