Hybrid Event - MSBA & Zoom
Craig Conrath, the Senior Trial
Advisor for Civil Litigation for the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, will present
on anti-steering rules and related vertical agreements. Mr. Conrath, a
Minnesota native, has spent his entire career at the Antitrust
Division, serving as lead trial counsel in some of the
Division’s largest and highest profile cases, including United States v. American Express and
United States v. Aetna. The section’s annual meeting will take place
before the CLE
portion.
