How Tribes Are Shaping Environmental Law in Minnesota

Panelists from three tribes will share how tribal governments are advancing environmental law, policy, and regulation across the state. This panel will provide participants with a window into tribal approaches to environmental regulation and law, including the passage of tribal law, engagement with state and federal agencies, and how tribes implement, exercise, and protect treaty rights through the administrative and judicial system.
