Event
Learn practical pointers for how to get your deal done in today’s changing
antitrust climate, from an experienced panel of antitrust and M&A
attorneys. We’ll demystify the merger review process, including addressing
recent changes at the agency level. We’ll also discuss how antitrust risk
can play out in M&A transactions—including how antitrust risk can impact the
likelihood of a transaction closing within a reasonable timeframe, and how key
contractual provisions and appropriate procedures like clean rooms can help
parties manage their risks.
