This program is an opportunity to hear from a panel
of experts including two Court of Appeals staff attorneys who specialize in
criminal appeals and an appellate court judge. The panel will be moderated by an
appellate public defender. Topics that will be discussed include good and bad issues
to raise on appeal, motions to strike and discretionary appeals. Participants
are encouraged to send in questions ahead of time and the panel will
also answer questions submitted during the CLE.
