This program is an opportunity to hear from a panel of experts including two Court of Appeals staff attorneys who specialize in criminal appeals and an appellate court judge. The panel will be moderated by an appellate public defender. Topics that will be discussed include good and bad issues to raise on appeal, motions to strike and discretionary appeals. Participants are encouraged to send in questions ahead of time and the panel will also answer questions submitted during the CLE.
