Description:
Marriage and family therapist Joe Reid, LMFT, Ph.D., will explore implicit bias/unconscious bias on the part of family law attorneys with the following presentation goals: - Define implicit bias and unconscious bias - Define and practice mindfulness as a resource and skill - Understand and explore my defense mechanism - Exploring how perceptions impact my relationships with others and how it impacts my decision making - Self assess my awareness and openness to the other (perceptions, values, beliefs, choices).

The CLE program will run from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
