Program Webinar Description:

Rana Alexander of Standpoint will present an overview on OFPs (Orders for Protection) and HROs (Harassment Restraining Orders) from the filing of a petition to the contested hearing and everything in between. Maggie Samec, Private Defense Attorney and former felony DV prosecutor, will discuss potential criminal consequences.
