Interested in becoming a MSBA Real Property Law Specialist?

The Real Property Section  Communications Committee is sponsoring a free monthly brown-bag lunch study session to prepare for the exam. Each study session will be centered around a topic that may appear on the exam. The study group meets the third Thursday of every month.

The next session is 12-1 PM on Thursday, September 21, at the MSBA. Paul S. Moe, Faegre Baker Daniels, will be moderating the topic of Environmental Liability in Real Estate Transactions.

Participants will be asked to review the course material relating to each topic in advance of the session.
