In recent years, Minnesota agencies have been growing their internal legal capabilities. Join
us for a round table discussion on environmental priorities with attorneys from Minnesota agencies,
including MPCA, MNDOT, Department of Commerce, and Department of Agriculture.
They will address the legal and enforcement responsibilities and challenges
facing their agencies, as well as sharing their insights on how
to effectively work with agency attorneys. Join us at The Local
for the ENRE Section Happy Hour following the program.
