"The Second Annual QuickBooks Boot Camp: Year-End Matters, Trust Accounting, & Tracking Billable Time"

Please join your General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section colleagues for this interactive session devoted to using QuickBooks, designed specifically to meet the needs of solo and small firm attorneys.

The session will address how you can effectively use the QuickBooks accounting application to manage your law practice finances – from tracking billable time to managing your general accounts and your client trust accounts.

Our presenters will focus on what you need to know to hone your skills before year-end, as well as advice on properly managing client trust accounts and tips on how to easily track billable time. You will receive understandable and useful tips, such as how to utilize QuickBooks to properly manage such client-reimbursable expenses as filing fees, courier and service fees. Client funds can present many traps for the unwary.

This CLE will teach you how to independently track client funds held in trust. Even if you don't use QuickBooks, chances are you will be able to apply the lessons of this CLE to any lower-cost accounting software program.
