The MSBA's Health Law Section Presents


"The 2013 Legislative Session Wrap-up & Health Law Section Annual Meeting"

This is the program to attend for a complete review of all things health care that occurred during the 2013 Legislative session and what it all means for you and your clients. The Health Law Section is very pleased to present three panelists who’ve had their fingers on the pulse of the session from three distinct and valuable perspectives; Mary Lahammer, host of tpt’sAlmanac: At the Capital, Scott Leitz, Assistant Commissioner at Human Services, and Phil Griffin, President, Griffin Government Consulting. The discussion will include a summary of the exchange bill and what lies ahead for MNsure, an update on MinnesotaCare, and analysis of the Health and Human Services budget bill.

The Legislative Wrap-up will immediately follow the Section's annual business meeting, which will feature Health Law Section council and officer elections. Please join us for lunch and the business meeting beginning promptly at Noon, followed by the CLE program from 12:15-1:30 p.m.

Teleconferencing is available. Teleconferencing instructions will be sent on Thursday, May 30th. You must register by Tuesdat, May 28th to receive the instructions.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
