"Assaults 101: From File to Finish"

Join the New Lawyers and Criminal Law Sections for an uncomplicated CLE program about assaults. Learn the basics of handling a criminal assault case from file to finish. The presenters will prepare you to take your first assault case or hone your skills. Topics will include: confrontation clause, private investigations and recanting victims.

Please join us for the seminar from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m., followed by the New Lawyers Section meeting at 5:30 p.m. Teleconferencing is available for those who cannot attend in person. See instructions below.

Section Members:  Free
MSBA Members (But Not Criminal/New Lawyers Section Members):  $10.00
Non-MSBA Members:  $25.00

Teleconferencing is available. Request instructions when registering or contact Tamara Patton on or before October 11. Instructions will be sent via email by October 12.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
