The MSBA's Corporate Counsel Section Presents:
"Confidentiality in a World of Mobile Devices, Cloud Computing and Social Media"
Andrew Tatge of Gislason & Hunter LLP and a member of the MSBA Corporate Counsel Section will be presenting an overview of confidentiality in a world of mobile devices, cloud computing and social media. This presentation will provide in-house and outside counsel with important guidelines to implement in their businesses and legal practices to help ensure that business and legal information does not fall into the wrong hands.
Andrew Tatge , Gislason & Hunter LLP
A native of the Mankato area, Andrew grew up learning the importance of hard work and customer service while working at his family's small-town convenience store. Andrew combines his understanding of how small and medium-sized businesses operate in the real world with his education in business and law to provide clients with efficient, result-oriented advice and legal representation.
Andrew's business, construction and real estate law practice takes him from the board room to the court room (and many places in between) throughout Minnesota. His business clients range from individuals looking for advice on how to start a business to established, multi-million dollar businesses in need of a full range of general counsel and litigation services. He has negotiated, documented, and closed million dollar business and real estate transactions, mediated and settled numerous disputes and, when necessary, litigated clients' cases at the trial and appellate levels.
