"Who Says There's No Free Lunch! Get Trained For State Court E-Filing & The Lunch Is On Us!"

Civil e-filing is up and running in Hennepin County and soon will be operational in Ramsey County and the remainder of the state. Soon, its use will be mandatory like in the federal courts. Before you can register and use the e-filing system, you must attend a mandatory training session. The MSBA Civil Litigation Section, the Fourth Judicial District and Dorsey & Whitney, LLP are proud to sponsor an e-filing training session for attorneys and paralegals to be held at 12:00 'clock on March 31, 2011 in the Minnesota Room at Dorsey & Whitney, LLP. To best utilize the time and resources of court staff, our goal is to have as many attorneys and paralegals attend the session as possible. There is no charge for this training or the lunch, which is being provided by the MSBA Civil Litigation Section. So, get ahead of the curve and get trained on civil litigation e-filing in state courts.
