Nonprofit Corporations Committee The Nonprofit Corporations Committee works closely with legislative staff to review the Nonprofit Corporation Act (Chapter 317A). The committee considers proposed changes to the Act and reviews other legal issues relating to nonprofit entities. Co-Chairs: Jennifer Reedstrom Bishop and Heidi Neff Christianson Upcoming Meetings All members of the MSBA Business Law Section who have an interest in nonprofit corporations are welcome and encouraged to attend the Nonprofit Corporations Committee meetings. The Nonprofit Corporations Committee meets at the Gray Plant Mooty offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Teleconferencing is also available upon request.
