Please join us for a luncheon CLE panel discussion on the competitive situation of the airline industry and the likely effect of the proposed merger on competition in the Twin Cities and nationally.  


Dr. Diana Moss,  University of Colorado professor and Vice President and Senior Research Fellow of the American Antitrust Institute, and a contributor to AAI's recent white paper on the merger.

The panel will be moderated by K. Craig Wildfang, attorney at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., and lead class counsel in Midwestern Machinery v. Northwest Airlines, which challenged Northwest's previous acquisition of Republic Airlines.
