This CLE will address various land use issues associated with wind energy development in Minnesota, including: wind leases and easements, permitting requirements, siting issues, and corporate and alien farm laws. The presentation will feature Minnesota's rules and regulations governing these issues, new legal developments, and practical information about how Minnesota's policies interact with the wind energy development process.
