The MSBA's Administrative Law Section Presents


"Using the Data Practices Act: Issues in Getting and Giving Information Under Chapter 13"

Please join your colleagues in the MSBA Administrative Law Section for continental breakfast, a brief business meeting and a timely CLE program on the Data Practices Act. Mr. Pursell will moderate a panel of attorneys who will discuss getting and giving information under Chapter 13. The panelists will include private practice attorneys and state representatives. Participants will receive practical guidance on how to use the Data Practices Act in their practice.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
