Creditors’
rights issues in the construction industry often involve unique considerations. Course
attendees will hear from two experienced collection attorneys, George Warner
(Warner Law) and Jeff Klobucar (Bassford Remele), as they discuss common
issues for construction industry professionals, including bond, judgment, and lien enforcement,
applications to the contractor recovery fund, and secured and unsecured claims in
the context of pending or anticipated insolvency.
