Post Pandemic office vacancies, of all types and locations are presenting the greatest and most difficult land use challenges that our cities have faced since online shopping rendered brick and mortar retail buildings obsolete. Learn more about the breadth and depth of this problem from an expert panel of municipal experts, developers, city attorneys and downtown advocates. Case studies will focus on the legal components associated with different strategies to address these issues.
