The MSBA Real Property
Certification Board is hosting: Environmental Liability Issues in Real
Estate Transactions.
Join us on Wednesday, April
17th for a CLE on Environmental Liability Issues in Real Estate Transactions.
This course will cover performing
environmental due diligence and the "All Appropriate Inquiry" rule;
understanding the risks associated with pre-existing contamination; obtaining
liability assurances from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; considering
environmental insurance.
This course is designed
to help prepare for the Real Property Certification exam. This presentation is
also a good review for any attorney practicing in this
