Remote Only Event
In this ethics session, Professor Sharon Press will share
results from last year’s session on mediator neutrality and impartiality and expand the conversation into what does this mean for
all of the Rule 114 ADR “neutral” options? In this interactive
session, participants will reflect on their own practice
– what they do during the process and how
they describe impartiality to the participants in advance. This final section will
include a review of the Rule 114 requirements for Agreements to Participate in
ADR.
