Remote Only Event
When the Minnesota legislature banned
most new non-competes effective 7/1/23, it was big news for companies,
employees, and legal counsel. Join this dynamic panel of experienced
restrictive covenant counsel for a discussion on the real-world impact of the
non-compete ban, how it has changed or not changed the litigation landscape, how
companies and employees have responded to the new law, and the growing
importance of non-solicitation, confidentiality, and return-of-property
obligations.
