The MSBA Real Property
Certification Board is hosting: Land Use
Regulations.
Join us on Thursday, March 28th
for a CLE on Land Use Regulations.
This course will be a broad overview
of the law relating to land use regulation in Minnesota, with particular
emphasis on Minnesota statutes relating to planning and zoning. The presentation
will also touch upon statutory and regulatory sources of land use law, as well
as relevant decisions of the United States Supreme Court.
This course is designed to help prepare for the Real Property
Certification exam. This presentation is also a good review for any attorney
practicing in this
