The MSBA Real Property
Certification Board is hosting: Contracts for
Deed.
Join us on Friday, April 5th for a CLE
on Contracts for Deed. This session will focus
on contracts for deed and cancellations, including “What is a Contract for
Deed,” characteristics of the vendor/vendee interests, the uniform conveyancing
form, remedies of the vendee and the vendor, the purposes, mechanics and effect
of statutory cancellation, and injunctions against cancellation. This course is
designed specifically to help prepare attorneys for the Real Property Law
Specialist Certification Examination scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2024.
This presentation is also a good review for any attorney practicing in this
area.
