The MSBA Real Property
Certification Board is hosting: Residential Landlord Tenant
Issues.
This program was originally scheduled
for Thursday, March 14th but has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March
27th.
Join us on Wednesday, March 27th
for a CLE on Residential Landlord Tenant Issues. This course will cover the
terms and conditions of
a residential lease. The course will also discuss tenants' remedies, landlord remedies,
unlawful detainers and evictions. This course is designed
to help prepare for the Real Property Certification exam. This presentation is
also a good review for any attorney practicing in this
area.
