Remote Event
Since the new law was passed making
at-risk youths aged 18-21 eligible for protection
under Special Immigration Status, what is happening in State court on guardianship
cases? This CLE will provide an update as to what the State courts are
doing and provide best practice tips with the Guardship filings and USCIS
filings.
