Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health
Organization has employers scrambling to determine what is best for their
employees and their employee benefit offerings. Kathi Wright and Bob Seng (who
started their law careers together as associates in the same firm many years
ago) will provide a brief overview of the Dobbs decision and a sampling of
employer responses – along with a discussion of the rocks and hard places that
must be navigated with almost every employer response. We’ll have plenty to say
but we will also
welcome group
participation.
Please Note: This CLE will be a
virtual roundtable discussion held in Zoom meeting format. Attendees will be
encouraged to turn on their videos, unmute, and participate in
discussion.
