Featured speakers Emily and
Sarah will discuss the challenges of and strategies for presenting complex
medical and scientific information to a jury in medical malpractice
trials. They will provide examples from their own practices, and will
discuss other cases in which lawyers have effectively presented medical evidence
to juries.
