Cynthia Bremer
(defense-side attorney) and Heather Tabery (plaintiff-side attorney) will
summarize recent state and federal case law defining actionable harassment and
discrimination. They will also discuss employer best practices and workplace
investigations pointers in light of these court decisions.
Investigator Trainings are sponsored by the MSBA Labor
& Employment Section and planned for the benefit of investigators at our
governmental agencies.
